Longfield Medical Centre are recruiting for a Salaried GP with view for future partnership, to join our existing six GP Partners.
We have a mixed demographic list size of just under 17,000 patients who are cared for by our diverse clinical team of Salaried GPs, ANPs, PA, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Clinical Pharmacists. Alongside this group we are further complimented by our PCN workforce made up of Paramedics, a Social Prescriber and further Clinical Pharmacists. We also have large and supportive reception, administration and secretarial teams who provide great care to our registered patients.
We are looking for a passionate GP Partner to grow our existing partnership and help in managing clinical caseloads of the highest standard of care, whilst ensuring local and national guidelines are followed.
Additional partnership responsibilities will require you to have a sound knowledge of the challenges and changes to primary care and a drive to shape, build and progress the future of the practice.
As a training practice we are dedicated to supporting students and registrars on their journeys of development. A background in training or willingness to undertake training in this area would be an advantage.
