If you would like to make a complaint to us, please use one of the following methods:
- Post a letter to us addressed to the Practice Manager – Our address is Longfield Medical Centre, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DF
- Send an email to us addressed to the Practice Manager @ longfieldmc@nhs.net
- Complete a complaints form and return it to the Practice. Click here to download to form - This form can also be used if you are submitting a complaint on behalf of another individual.
