We understand that things are difficult for everybody at the moment
In line with current guidance all GP appointments will be performed by telephone triage in the first instance. This will either be via a telephone call or video link consultation. We appreciate this is challenging for some patients however it is essential we operate in this way to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible. If during your telephone consultation the clinician feels a face to face appointment is required the will inform you of the time to come down to the surgery. Please see below how to let reception know you have arrived.
Face to Face Appointments
To adhere to current social distancing within the practice we are unable to use our waiting room for patients to wait for their appointment. At this time we are asking patients with a booked appointment to come to the main doors, press the intercom and inform reception you have arrived, Our reception team will let the clinician know you have arrived and you will be asked to wait outside until the clinician is ready for you. Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring an umbrella if necessary. You also have the option of waiting in your car if the weather is not pleasant and the clinical team will come and find you. Please remember to wear your mask/face covering whilst in the building otherwise you will be unable to enter.
