Clinics held at this surgery include asthma, chest, cryo, diabetic, child health surveillance, minor operations, smoking cessation and travel vaccinations (registered yellow fever centre).

Patients identified as having increased risk of heart disease and stroke are monitored regularly and given appropriate advice about diet and lifestyle.
Immunisation clinics are run by the practice nurse by appointment only.
If you are female and in the age group 24y6m - 50y it is recommended that you have a regular three-yearly smear test; for those aged 50y - 64y, it is recommended that you have a test every five years. You will receive a recall letter generated by the Health Authority. This test makes it possible to detect and treat the early stages of abnormalities of the cervix before symptoms become apparent to you. The test is quick, simple and painless and usually performed by the nurse. Please ask at reception for details.
If you would like help to stop smoking we have a practice nurse that can help talk you through it and give you advice. Ask our receptionists for an appointment with Nurse Louise.
If you would like your INR tested and monitored at the surgery, please ask our receptionist to book you an appointment with an Health Care Assistant.
The clinics will be run daily between 11.00 - 12.00am and Tue 14.00 - 15.30pm.
We are able to perform a wide range of medical examinations such as HGV, Taxi and Fostering/Adoption medicals. Please ask at reception for details (these examinations incur a charge and where appropriate VAT is added).
