Flu Vaccination Campaign 2019 - the Saturday Flu Clinics are back this year!!!
We now have confirmed delivery for both our adult flu vaccines (one for under 65s, one for over 65 years)
We will be holding our popular Saturday Flu Clinics this year, and all eligible LMC patients are encouraged to book their place, or just turn up on the day.
Book your flu vaccination online. All LMC patients registered for SystmOnline (online appointment booking and prescription ordering) and eligible to receive a free NHS flu jab, you can now book your flu jab online!

Clinics will be held 09.00 – 11:30am on:
Saturday 21st September and Saturday 28th September for LMC UNDER 65 patients.
Saturday 5th October and Saturday 12th October
for all eligible patients.
Car Park Management Service
The car park is now managed by Creative Car Park Management Service at all times (including weekends/bank holidays).
It is highly recommended that your car is registered with reception or pharmacy at any time of attending.
Patients visiting the surgery/pharmacy will need to register their car registration plate every time when attending.
There is a drop off period of 10 minutes maximum without the need to register your car number.
There is a time allowance of 90 minutes maximum to park for your appointment/visit.
Please be aware anytime exceeding the above times will be liable to a fine of £100.
The practice will provide patients on the Frailty Register, who have urgent clinical enquiries, with same day telephone consultation and where required follow-up arrangements (e.g. home visits, face-to-face consultation visit by community team etc).
The same day telephone consultation will be with the duty doctor and not necessarily their named GP.
Patients Please Note. The Practice has been notified that the Health & Social Care Information Centre will be extracting care data directly from Patient's General Practice medical records. If you wish to decline this data being extracted from your medical record's please inform our reception.

Our Practice is committed to protecting Children and Vulnerable Adults and we will make their welfare our highest priority. Where additional support is necessary this will include working with other agencies. If you have any concerns about a child or Vulnerable adult please speak to your GP or Practice Nurse

All practices in Mid-Essex will be closed from 12.00 on the dates below.
Mid-Essex CCG will be providing out of hours care for our patients from 12:00 until 18:30 and our telephones will be diverted to the care provider during this time.
